الشروط والأحكام لموقع منصة زمن التعليمية

أقر انا وأوافق على بنود الخدمة والشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية وإنني مؤهل ومخول للموافقة على جميع الشروط والبنود التالية:

.1    أتعهد بأن المعلومات التي أعطيتها عن نفسي أو من أمثله لغايات هذه الاتفاقية هي معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة وسارية المفعول والصلاحية، وأتعهد بإبلاغ الشركة فوراً إذا اصبحت اي من تلك المعلومات غير فعالة أو انتهت تواريخ فعاليتها.

.2    تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية سارية المفعول بمجرد الموافقة عليها، او استخدام أي من وظائف أو تطبيقات أو برمجيات موقع منصة زمن التعليمية، ومنها على سبيل المثال وليس حصريا برنامج سطح المكتب، تطبيق الهاتف وبنك الأسئلة والاختبارات.

.3    إن استخدامي لموقع منصة زمن التعليمية والمحتوى الموجود عليه وما يتفرع عنه أو يندرج تحته يعني موافقتي على جميع الشروط والاحكام الواردة في هذه الاتفاقية وينبغي أن توافق على الالتزام بشروط استخدام هذه الخدمات والشروط والأحكام الإضافية التي تعتبر نافذة المفعول أيضا.

.4    تقدم منصة زمن التعليمية للحلول والتعليم الإلكتروني والمحتوى على المنصة خدمات ما بعد البيع.

.5    أوافق وأتعهد الدخول الى حسابي من جهاز الكتروني واحد فقط، إما حاسوب واحد أو من جهاز لوحي واحد أو هاتف ذكي واحد، كما أنني موافق على استعمال الحساب لحضور الدورات الخاصة والاشتراك لمرة واحدة فقط.

.6    اتعهد عدم بيع او مشاركة حسابي و/أو أسم المستخدم أو الرقم السري أو الاتجار به أو التصرف به أو مشاركته لمصلحة أي طرف ثالث، وأتعهد بعدم استخدامه من الغير، وأني مسؤول بالكامل الحفاظ على سرية حسابي وكلمة السر الخاصة بي وكذلك الحفاظ على خصوصية استخدام جهاز الحاسوب الخاص بي، وفي حال حدوث أي استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابي أو اي طرف آخر لأمن وخصوصية الموقع والبرمجيات فأنا اوافق على ابلاغ الشركة فورا ً وأتحمل أنأ كل عطل أو ضرر أو اي اذى تتعرض له الشركة، وأعطي الحق للشركة بحجب الخدمة عني أو الغاء حسابي في حال مخالفتي لهذا البند وتعتبر بذلك جميع المبالغ المدفوعة للشركة عن المدة المتبقية من الاتفاقية من حق الشركة وليس لي الحق بالمطالبة بأية مبالغ و/أو نهاية مدة تعاقد أو بدل أو عطل أو ضرر أو غيره.

.7    أوافق على اعفاء موقع الشركة والشركة بما في ذلك ممثليهم ومدراءهم وعملائهم والجهات التابعة لهم وموظفيهم وشركائهم والمتعاقدين معهم، ومستشاريهم من أية تبعات لأية ادعاءات أو طلبات أو اضرار أو خسائر مهما كان منشؤها أو مصدرها سواء بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو البرمجيات ولا تتحمل الشركة في هذا البند أي تعويضات من أي نوع بدون أي حدود عامة أو خاصة أو عرضية او ناتجة عن أي سبب أو جزئية استنادا ً إلى أي نظرية مسؤولية فيما يتعلق باي استخدام موقع الشركة أو برمجياتها والمعلومات الموجودة فيه حتى ولو كانت الشركة مطلعة على احتمالية وجود مثل هذه التعويضات او الاضرار.

.8    أوافق على تحميل وتثبيت البرمجيات التي يطلبها موقع منصة زمن التعليمية إما لحماية حقوق الشركة او تضمن تحسين مستوى الخدمة وعدم تحميل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن مستوى الخدمة في حال عدم إتباع إرشادات التشغيل التي تطلبها الشركة.

.9    أوافق على حق الشركة في رفضها نقلي من دورة او اشتراك إلى دورة أو اشتراك آخر، خلال فترة اشتراكي بالدورة أو الدورات تحت أي ظرف أو خلال أي فتره زمنية.

.10    أوافق على حق الشركة في رفضها تعويضي ماليا أو غيره في حال رغبتي استرجاع جزء او كامل الرسوم في حال حضور الدورة أو مرور أسبوعين من وقت التسجيل، كما وأنني موافق على رفض الشركة تأجيل الاشتراك لفصول قادمة في حال عدم الحضور لأسباب تخص المستخدم وكما أن الشركة غير مسؤولة عن تعويض مالي او غيره في حال العروض و/او الخصومات و/او الظروف القاهرة واعلم انه لا يجوز دمج عرضين او أكثر في عرض واحد واعلم ان من حق الشركة عمل عروض وخصومات دون تبليغ او إشعار مسبق.

.11    اتعهد عدم محاولة الدخول الغير شرعية للموقع الالكتروني منصة زمن التعليمية، وألا اقوم بمهاجمة الموقع عن طريق رفض الخدمة أو رفض جزء للخدمة.

.12    أتعهد بعدم إساءة استخدام موقع منصة زمن التعليمية للتعليم الإلكتروني والمحتوى على الانترنت عن طريق الاصابة المتعمدة بالفيروسات، او التر وجانس، والفيروسات المتنقلة، والقنابل اللوجستية أو غيرها من المواد الخبيثة أو الضارة من الناحية التكنولوجية.

.13    اتعهد أن ما قد يصدر مني على موقع منصة زمن التعليمية والتعليم الإلكتروني وصفحاتها ومجموعاتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يمثل قناعتي الشخصية، وشركة منصات لتطوير والابتكار التي تمتلك موقع منصة زمن التعليمية الإلكتروني غير مسؤولة عن آرائي ولا تمثلها.

.14    أوافق أن موقع منصة زمن التعليمية للتعليم الإلكتروني والمحتوى تراقب ما يتم طرحه على الموقع وأنه سيتم محاسبة أي شخص يسيء استخدامه وملاحقته قانونيا.

.15    قرأت وأوافق بعدم طرح أي موضوع ديني أو سياسي أو خادش للحياء وعدم التعرض صراحة أو تلميحا لأي شخصية اعتبارية في أي مكان في العالم على موقع منصة زمن التعليمية للحلول والتعليم الإلكتروني او على صفحاتها ومجموعاتها الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تحت طائلة الملاحقة القانونية.

.16    حقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة في موقع منصة زمن التعليمية والمحتوى فيه والبرمجية بما في ذلك وليس على سبيل الحصر ( جميع الوثائق والملفات و النصوص و الصور والكتيبات و صحائف البيانات التقنية والملفات المسموعة والمدونات الصوتية وملفات الفيديو ودروس الفلاش والرسومات وغيرها ) تعود ملكيتها لموقع منصة زمن التعليمية الالكتروني و المحتوى وهذه الاعمال سواء كانت على موقعها و/او صفحاتها الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و/او على موقع اليوتيوب و/او اي موقع الكتروني اخر و/او اي حساب الكتروني تعود ملكيته لشركة منصات للتطوير والابتكار للتعليم الالكتروني محمية وجميع حقوق النشر محفوظة ولا يحق لك تحميل و/او نسخ اي منها و/او جزء منها و/او تصوير الحصص و/او جزء من الحصص في اي طريقة كانت و تحميل الحصص بأي طريقه غير مشروعة وكل من يخالف ذلك يتعرض للمسألة القانونية.

.17    أقر وأعلم أن أي تأخير في تصوير الحصص هو صادر من المعلم نفسه وليس من موقع منصة زمن التعليمية وفي حال تأجيل و تأخير في الحصص فإن المعلم هو المسؤول عن ذلك فقط وفي حال تخلف المعلم عن التصوير لفترة زمنية طويلة تؤثر على دراسة الطالب فإنه يحق له التحويل لمعلم أخر من نفس المادة، وأن أي تغيير بالمواعيد من تصوير وتأجيل هو صادر من المعلم أو أي تغيير في نمط الحصص ومحتواها هو أيضا من المعلم وليس من الشركة.

.18    أتعهد بالالتزام بالشروط الخاصة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التابعة لشركة موقع منصة زمن التعليمية للتعليم الإلكتروني وإدارة المحتوى المسجل والمباشر وعدم القيام بما يسيء للشركة و الأفراد القائمين عليها و العاملين لديها و الأفراد والأعضاء المنتسبين في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التابعة للشركة، وأقر بمعرفتي بشروط المسابقات القائمة عليها في أي من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وان كل مسابقة لا يزيد عدد الرابحين فيها عن 5 اشخاص او ما تحدده الشركة من رابحين، وتكون الجوائز ما تحددها المسابقة المعلن عنها او ما يعدل قيمتها من نقود.

.19    مع أن منصة موقع منصة زمن التعليمية للتعليم الإلكتروني و إدارة المحتوى هي متخصصة في مجال التعليم الالكتروني وقائمة على أسس تربوية وعلمية سليمة لكنني أعلم بأن موقع الشركة وبرمجياتها وبصفتها برمجيات تعليمية فإنها قد تكون تحتوي على برمجيات او معلومات تخالف أرائي او معتقداتي وعليه فإنني أوافق على استخدام الموقع والبرمجيات انا ومن هم يجوز لهم استخدامها عن طريقي وانا متفهم لذلك وعلى مسؤوليتي الخاصة دون تحمل الشركة او موظفيها او القائمين عليها او الشركاء او الغير او غيرهم لاية تبعات مادية او قانونية ناتجة عن ذلك ولا يحق لي المطالبة باية ادعاءات او تعويضات او غيرها استناداً الى ذلك.

.20    القانون في دولة المشتكي هو القانون الواجب التطبيق واللغة العربية هي لغة الاتفاقية التي تقرأ بها في حالة تعددت لغات الشروط والاحكام.

.21    اوافق على ان يكون حل النزاع عن طريق التحكيم وفق قانون التحكيم في دولتي في حال نشوء اي نزاع حول هذه الاتفاقية او اي بند من بنودها او ما يتفرع او ينشأ عنها، واتفق الفريقان على أن يكون الحكم الفيصل بينهما المحاكم محل إقامة المدعي.

1. I warrant that the information I have provided about myself or my representative for the purposes of this agreement is true, accurate, valid and valid, and I undertake to notify the company immediately if any such information becomes ineffective or has expired.

4. The zamanedu.com platform for solutions, e-learning and content on the platform provides after-sales services.
5. I agree and pledge to access my account from one electronic device only, either one computer or one tablet or one smartphone, and I agree to use the account to attend special courses and subscribe only once.
6. I pledge not to sell or share my account and/or username or password, trade in, dispose of or share it for the benefit of any third party, I pledge not to use it from third parties, and I am fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of my account and my password as well as maintaining the privacy of the use of my computer, and for this clause (clause No. 7), all amounts paid to the company for the remaining period of The agreement is the right of the company and I have no right to claim any amounts and/or the end of a contract term, allowance, malfunction, damage or other.
7. I agree to exempt the company’s website and the company including their representatives, directors, customers, Affiliates, employees, partners, contractors, and consultants from any liability for any claims, requests, damages or losses whatever their origin or source, whether directly or indirectly resulting from the use of the site or software. the Company shall not bear in this clause any damages of any kind without any.
8. I agree to download and install the software required by com website to either protect the company’s rights or ensure the improvement of the level of Service and not to hold the company responsible for the level of service in case of failure to follow the operating guidelines required by the company.
9. I agree to the right of the company to refuse to transfer me from one course or subscription to another course or subscription, during the period of my subscription to the course or courses under any circumstances or during any period of time.
10. I agree to the company’s right to refuse to compensate me financially or otherwise in the event that I want to recover part or all of the fees in the event of attending the course or two weeks have passed from the time of registration. Responsible for financial or other compensation in the event of offers and/or discounts and/or force majeure, and I know that it is not permissible to combine two or more offers into one offer, and I know that the company has the right to make offers and discounts without prior notification or notice.
11. I undertake not to attempt illegal access to the website of an com, and not to attack the website by refusing the service or refusing part of the service.
12. I undertake not to misuse the e-learning zamanedu.com website and online content by intentionally infecting viruses, altgans, mobile viruses, logistic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
13. I pledge that what may be issued by me on the com and E-Learning website and its pages and groups on social networking sites represents my personal conviction, and the zamanedu.com Solutions and E-Learning Company is not responsible for and does not represent my opinions.
14. I agree that com e-learning site and content monitors what is put on the site and that anyone who abuses it will be held accountable and prosecuted legally.
15. I have read and agree not to raise any religious, political or indecent subject and not to be exposed explicitly or insinuating any legal person anywhere in the world on the website of com platform for solutions and e-learning or on its official pages and groups on social networking sites under penalty of legal prosecution.
16. Intellectual property rights in the com site and the content therein and software including but not limited to ( all documents, files, texts, images, brochures, technical data sheets, audio files, podcasts, videos, flash lessons, graphics, etc.) are owned by the zamanedu.com site and the content and these works, whether on its website and/or official pages on social networking sites and/or and/or Part of it and/or filming the quotas and / or part of the quotas in any way and download the quotas in any way illegal and anyone to the contrary is exposed to the legal issue.
17. I acknowledge and know that any delay in filming classes is issued by the teacher himself and not from the site of a com. In case of postponement and delay in classes, the teacher is responsible for this only. if the teacher fails to photograph for a long period of time that affects the student’s study, he has the right to transfer to another teacher of the same material, and that any change in the dates of filming and postponement is issued by the teacher or any change in the pattern of classes and their content is also from the teacher and not from the company.
18. I pledge to abide by the special conditions on the social media of com e-Learning Site company and manage the registered and direct content and not to do what is offensive to the company and the individuals on it and its employees and individuals and associate members in the social networking sites of the company, and I acknowledge my knowledge of the conditions of the competitions based on them in any of the social media and that each competition does not exceed the number of winners of 5 people or determined by the company from the winners, and the prizes shall be determined by the competition advertised or adjusted value of money.
19. Although com website platform for e-learning and content management is specialized in the field of e-learning and based on sound educational and scientific grounds, but I know that the company’s website and its software and as educational software may contain software or information contrary to my views or beliefs and therefore I agree to use the site and software and those who may use it through me and I understand this and at my own risk without bearing the company or its employees or those responsible or partners or others for any material or legal consequences resulting from this and I have no right to claim any claims or compensation or other based on that.
20. The law in the state of the complainant is the applicable law and Arabic is the language of the agreement to be read in the case of multiple languages of the terms and conditions.
21. I agree that the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration law of my country in the event of any dispute arising out of this agreement or any of its provisions or what branches or arises therefrom.
